  • As we go through difficult experiences, I believe that there is comfort in not being alone. A connection with another person can provide an opportunity to feel safe as we explore unknown parts of our lives. I am hopeful and believe that there are possibilities that are here to be uncovered in each of us.
  • I bring generosity of spirit into my work and will meet you where you are at in your process and we will move forward in a way that feels right for you. I am open to sitting with whatever it is that you are experiencing, including those places that may feel scary, painful or overwhelming.
  • With the belief that each person’s story is unique, I will cater my approach to suit your needs integrating different concepts and practices from a variety of approaches. My approach has been described as warm, sensitive, compassionate, accepting and playful, as well as humanistic, trauma-informed, client-centered, strengths-based, and experiential.
  • I have experience working with emotions (e.g., anxiety, panic, depression, loneliness, guilt or shame), life situations (e.g., relationship difficulties, feeling stuck, financial stress, or stress at work or school), trauma (i.e., exploring past experiences of abuse or neglect, intense internal experiences and various trauma responses), and patterns and habits (e.g., perfectionism, critical thinking patterns, issues with self-image, self-esteem or self-confidence)
