- Extensive training and experience in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and couples, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

I am effective at adjusting my style of therapy depending on the nature of the issue and what the client wants. I am an empathetic and non-judgmental listener. I can help clients better cope with distress, process difficult emotions, change problematic thought patterns, learn new interpersonal skills, increase productivity and make critical decisions. I look forward to helping clients create positive change in their lives.
