When you come to therapy, you want to know you are in good hands. You want a therapist who cares, and a clinic that pays attention in the background. My role is to support both. I help your therapist stay thoughtful, steady, and on track, so you don’t have to carry everything alone.

I am the Director of Clinical Operations at The Mindfulness Clinic. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Psychological Associate (Supervised Practice) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Canberra in Australia. I have more than 10 years of experience in mental health assessment and therapy. I also see a small number of clients myself.

In my own therapy work, I often help people with stress, anxiety, the impact of abuse or trauma, and relationship concerns. My approach is gentle and clear. We might use supportive counselling, a person-centred approach, mindfulness practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I also share simple information about how the mind works, so you understand what is happening and why specific tools may help.

As a clinical supervisor, I have received extensive training in guiding and supporting therapists. I meet with our therapists one-on-one and in care conferences, especially when a case feels complex or stuck. I work closely with Dr. Kelly so we can look at patterns together and make sure clients are moving in a helpful direction. At our clinic, you and your therapist use very short check-ins each session. I help the team use this feedback so you don’t have to guess whether therapy is helping.

I have lived in many cultures and countries, and I am also a mom. I love spending an afternoon cooking traditional food from scratch and reading a good book at the cottage. I enjoy high-intensity strength training and staying active. People who know me often describe me as kind, open, and non-judgmental, and as a curious lifelong learner. Whether I am meeting with you directly or supporting your therapist behind the scenes, my goal is the same: to help you receive respectful, thoughtful care that truly supports your life.
