Life can get messy and complicated sometimes, and we end up feeling stuck and very alone. Taking that first step to reach out is a big deal. I am glad you are here.

I strive to provide a warm and affirming space where you feel heard, accepted, and supported. My goal is to help you explore difficult emotions and learn new skills – so that you can develop deeper connections with yourself and others.

I want therapy to be more than just talking – it should be a toolbox for building the life you want. Together, we will work on practical strategies to help you manage thoughts, feelings, or behaviours that might hold you back.

Here’s what I wholeheartedly believe: Within you, there is an inner strength and resilience for healing and growth. And I’d be honoured to walk alongside you on this journey.

Areas of Focus: anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, stress/burnout, identity (cultural/racial, gender, sexuality, etc.), discrimination (racism, sexism, ageism, etc.), career or workplace stressors, and life transitions.

Approaches: Attachment Theory, Strength-Based, Multicultural, Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)
