I know what it is like to come to a new country and make a life. I would be pleased to help you make your life what you want it to be. You don’t have to manage your challenges alone. Together, we can help you slow down, understand what’s happening, and take small, realistic steps so you can feel steadier.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology, and I have been with The Mindfulness Clinic for several years. Many people I see are tired of feeling on edge. Often they are living with anxiety or panic attacks, or feel worn down by pressures from work, school, or relationships. If you come to see me, we will start with what matters most to you, and I will help you build on the strengths you already have.

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll ask about what you’re facing now and how it affects different parts of your life. Then we’ll set goals together and choose an approach that fits you. We will not do cookie-cutter therapy. We will find what feels right for you.

We might notice patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and body, and practice tools from mindfulness, self-compassion, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), as well as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). We’ll keep everything in simple, everyday language. You will also fill out a very short check-in each session so we can track how you are doing and how the therapy feels for you. You won’t have to guess whether therapy is helping; we will look at your progress together and adjust as we go.

Outside of work, I study spirituality and try to live a mindful life. I also love good food, time with friends, sports, and travel.
