  • As your therapist I will do my best to listen to your life experiences and meet you wherever you are with kindness and understanding. I understand the challenges that come with living across multiple cultures, and I will work to understand your unique perspective and help you navigate more comfortably in your situation. I will do my best to work with you to identify and work towards goals that can improve areas of your life and help you feel better.
  • Every person is different, and I will work with you to tailor an approach to meet your particular concerns and priorities. I draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Brain Science approaches to help clients tackle the challenges in their lives and feel better faster.
  • I can help you with anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, difficult life events or trauma, and difficulties with life transitions — including the birth of a child or the breakdown of a relationship.
  • I also value your feedback about our work together and will work to implement your feedback into our sessions to ensure that we stay on track in meeting your goals and making improvements in your life.
