Registered Psychotherapist, Masters of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy

Going through hard experiences can feel lonely. I believe there is real comfort in not having to face things on your own. In our work together, I’ll offer a safe, steady space where you can bring even the parts of your life that feel unknown, scary, or overwhelming. I hold a hopeful view of people. I believe there are possibilities in you that we can gently uncover together.

I bring a generous spirit to therapy. I will meet you where you are in your process, and we’ll move forward at a pace that feels right for you. I’m open to sitting with whatever you are experiencing, whether that’s anxiety, panic, low mood, loneliness, guilt, or shame. I also support people through relationship difficulties, feeling stuck, financial stress, and pressures at work or school. Together, we’ll notice patterns like perfectionism, a harsh inner critic, or struggles with self-esteem, and explore how they developed and how they might begin to soften.

I see each person’s story as unique, so I will tailor my approach to fit you. My work has been described as warm, sensitive, compassionate, accepting, and sometimes playful. I draw from humanistic, trauma-informed, client-centred, strengths-based, and experiential ideas, but I keep our focus on what actually feels helpful for you in day-to-day life.

I completed my Master of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy at OISE in 2019. Since then, I have worked in community mental health, with a focus on crisis and child services. I joined The Mindfulness Clinic in 2020 and have been here ever since. In our first few sessions, we’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope will change, and what feels most important right now. We’ll set some gentle goals together and check in regularly about how therapy is going, so you don’t have to wonder whether it’s helping.

Outside of sessions, I try to be outdoors as much as I can. On a bright, sunny day, you’ll probably find me on a lake, on a paddleboard. When I’m inside, I’m likely curled up with my three cats, watching reality TV or a true crime documentary. If you feel we might be a good fit, I’d be glad to work alongside you as you navigate what comes next.
