My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and incorporates elements of Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy.
I strive to work collaboratively with each one of my clients. When we start to work together, I will listen to your specific needs and concerns. Together we will create an individualized treatment plan that works to address your goals and takes into consideration where you are starting out.
I’ve worked with clients with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, anger, relationship issues, and other life struggles. During our time together, I have helped clients become better able to address and manage these issues.
