  • Everyone is unique and comes to therapy with varying concerns and priorities. I will work with you to find the most helpful approach so you receive the most benefit from our time together. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) which all begin with establishing a strong working relationship based on trust, caring and respect.
