Are you feeling stuck?

Many people see therapy as an intimidating space with one-sided conversations and a professional that analyzes (and judges) you from behind a clipboard. I see therapy as a space where we meet as two flawed human beings and try to see and work at things together. I want to help you get unstuck from painful thoughts and feelings that are getting in your way and help you find meaning and purpose in work, family, friendships and other areas you value.

Life is too short to let anxiety keep us from living fully. I have helped individuals with issues such as anxiety, OCD, insomnia, ADHD, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, life stressors, difficult emotions (anger, shame, guilt), and unwanted thought and behavioural patterns so that they could achieve personal goals. I can also help you develop life-enhancing skills such as mindfulness, self-compassion and social skills.

My approach is grounded in Client-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Mindfulness-based approaches.
