Author: Dr. Paul Kelly

Dr. Kelly is a Psychologist and Canadian pioneer in the integration of mindfulness and psychotherapy. He has been meditating for 47 years. In 1988 he started the first hospital-based mindfulness stress reduction program in Canada. In 2009 he founded The Mindfulness Clinic because he is passionate about helping patients find effective therapists. He also likes to play the banjo in his spare time.
